Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My 15 yr old daughter, lives with her mom, just found out she is 11 weeks pregnant. Do I still have to pay child support, dr visits, ect.?
If a minor can be charged as an adult. Why is she not considered an adult, and alowed to make adult decisions?

A minor cannot be charged as an adult until they are 17 unless a juvenile court waives jurisdiction over the child. Yes, you still owe child support which, under the terms of your divorce, probably says until she turns 18 or finishes high school, whichever is less.
If the person she had sex with is more than 3 years older than her, that person should be charged with sexual assault of a child.
