Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If i let my 17 yr old daughter move to Texas so she and her baby could be with baby-daddy, and now she wants to come home--what are the laws concerning us bringing her and baby back to Arizona?

If no custody orders are in place restricting her movement of the child, then she can return. The daddy can file for orders to try and stop it, but if he delays, then jurisdiction in Texas will be lost and AZ law will control. Thought needs to be given to what would be best for the baby.
