Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 15 yr old daughter is pregnant by her 16 yr old boyfriend. They want to stay together which her father and I have allowed. Unfortunately the boy's parents won't allow him to be with her. They moved 3 hrs away and told the boy that he didn't need to be with my daughter, that she wasn't good enough for him, and that he should see other girls. The boy doesn't wish to do this. He really wants to be a part of my daughter's pregnancy and a good father to his child. Is there any way, legally, to force the boy's parents to allow him to be a part of his girlfriend's and new baby's life?
