Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my 14 yr daughter has gotten pregnant under dads legal custody. She and i both want her back w me what do i need to do? and has her dad commited a crime by not watching her close enough and her getting pregnant?

Seriously? Her dad committed a crime because she went and had sex with someone? NO. You can hire a lawyer and try to argue that he is failing to supervise her properly, but that she did that is NOT sufficient without additional facts which show she is not properly supervised. (Did you know 14 year olds get pregnant all over the world - and not because of what a parent did or did not do?)
