Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a 22 yr old hard of hearing daughter who has been getting in trouble and causing trouble since she was 11 yrs old. She is mentally about 12 and she has been in trouble with the law and more. She is now in Az with a man she met online, I could not stop her, but I tried and she called the police. If and when I get her back to Texas how can I gain control of her legally? I have to do something and fast before she gets herself really hurt or worse. Please help! She does not think like a normal 22 yr old woman and this would be very easy to prove to anyone who goes into a room with her for 5 minutes. She has OD on pills before, she has hurt herself and now this guy she is with has abused her and I had to call the police in Az a few weeks back because he held a knife on her. This is a very bad sitiation and I do not know what to do.

At her age, your only choice is to ask the court to appoint you as her guardian of the person. You will need to hire an attorney to do that and it is very hard to succeed in Texas (as well as in most other states).
