Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have a 3 yr old that i have joint custody, i pay child support but i am unable to see my daughter. i don't know her address. how do i subpoena the AG to get her address, so i can sammon her to court to enforce our custody arrangement.

The TX AG is not going to give you her address. You are wasting your time.

You need to talk to a private attorney about your options.

The only job of the TX A G office is to collect child support.

You need to retain a private attorney to enforce visitation. Look on this website for an attorney in your area.
