Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hi, I a 17yr old, and 2 more 1 19 and 1 21 the 21 has already moved out with her boyfried and has a family with him now. she lived with me since the time of our divorce about 3 yrs ago the other 2 live with their dad but, for school the 17 is moved in with me now and the 19 yrs old. they want me to pay child support for the 17 yrs, we have joint custody and now they have both moved in with me.

I have to go to court next month what do I show or give the judge to show that they are now moved in with me.

You need proof that they are living with you. School records are excellent. Also, the children can write a note stating when they moved in.

I highly recommend that you retain the services of an attorney.
