18 YR OLD IN SENIOR YEAR OF HIGHSCHOOL WAS TEMP FINISHING SCHOOL AT DADS (WRITTEN AGREEMENT OF CHILDSUPPORT CARD/MONEYS SURRENDERED TO FATHER WHILE CHILD THEIR FINISHING SCHOOL) CHILD AND FATHER FIGHTING AND CHILD NOW WITH A FREINDS PARENTS IN THE TOWN TRYOING TO COMPLETE SENIOR YEAR AT SAME SCHOOL, FATHER REFUSES TO HELP HIM,GIVE MONEY AND IS KEEPING THE SUPPORT TO HIMSELF. IS THIS LEGAL? WHAT CAN I DO? CHILD SUPPORT IS LISTEED TO ME AS THE MOM.
