Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My 15 yr. old son has been in trouble with the law he is on probation intell he is 18 how can I force his father to help pay the fees that my son has accumulated by being in so much trouble

I assume that you are divorced, and that there's a Court order that has provisions for child support and health insurance and custody and visitation.

You COULD go back to court (on a motion to modify) and ask for a change in the order because of changed circumstances. It would be an interesting case; I've never done one like it before. Your lawyer will want around $2000 up front.
