Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a 23 yr. old son who will not vacate my home. I have told him numerous times that he is not welcome to live in my home any longer and he had to move out. He will not go. What legal options do I have?

1. Call you local police, sheriff or constable about your options.

2. Evict him. A judge must do this. #1 can tell you where you need to do to have a judge evict him.
