Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i have a 8 and 10 yr old who have not seen or talked to their bio dad since they were toddlers. i got a divorce and life time restraining order against him he is a drug addict alcholic in and out of jail...not a good man..anyhow he suddenly wants to see them and they do not want to see him they have a step dad that they see as their daddy the only visitation he has which he has never used is supervised 4hrs a mo. all under my conditions as far as who supervises and where. do i have to force them to see him

If there is a court order stating that the father has a right to visitation, it must be followed. Even by the children.
