4 yrs ago I filed for a divorce and lost my home and children. I did the divorce myself, in a hurry, in hopes of seeing my children, I agreed to child support to try to see them. When I left I was under such mental stress and had seen a doctor for my mental issues and last year i was declared mentally disabled and get social security disability income. can I go back and somehow get part of my land back? the mortgage is still in my name. my ex knew that I was under mental destress. I was under a doctors care before my divorce.we have also been together again for a year. any help would be great. thanks

The court will not redo the division of property unless you can show fraud and duress. And even then, you are probably too late. If your ex agrees to deed some of your land back to you, can get it back that way.
