_court papers for child support

how do i find out if the other person has been served with child support court papers, he lives in another state, im in texas and he is in florida, he has never paid anything for my daughter in 17yrs, hasnt seen her in 17yrs, i talk to him on his cell phone all the time he tells me he got hurt and cant work , and then the next time i talk to him he is working, he works in construction, and he tells me that he is self emploied, i know he is lieing to me. what can or shoude i do?

Have you filed for child support enforcement? If so, there is a return of service in the court's file. If not, you should do so immediately. TC
