Abandoned or Not?

I was a full-time mother of 2 when my husband left us. He's been gone about a month. He says he doesn't know that he'll ever move back. He's still paying the mortgage & utilities (for now). I just started working & really have no money to pay for an attorney to file for divorce. How can I file for divorce w/out using an attorney? We've agreed on custody & property.

If there is an agreement on the amount of child

support and visitation as well as the split of the

community assets then a divorce can be very cheap.

Call your attorney or any Attorney or even myself

if you need the divorce completed.

My fee for an uncontested divorce is $895 + filing fees if the other party (your H) agrees to waive service. This can be made in payments.
