Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Abandoned and hungry

My husband moved out after 4 1/2 yrs. of marriage leaving me with a mortgage and car note that is far beyond my salary when you include utility bills, oil prices and food. Two days before he left he stood over me while we renewed a loan in my name to get caught up on some bills. In addition he made repeated withdrawls from a joint account that I can not close because of the negative status. He is refusing to speak to speak to me. Do I have any legal rights to ANY of his money to help me before the divorce is filed since ALL of these bills are in our names and delinquent?

Re: Abandoned and hungry

You will probably have to file the divorce and seek payment for his fraud on the community. See if you can find a lawyer who can take payments. Good Luck
