abandonment divorce

my husband just left me and my kids and moved to another state the kids are not his. we have been married for 5 years. he was the only one working he left us with no money and i have lost the house now because of that so can i fill abandoment on him for this and what are my other legal rights?he is asking for a divorce

you do not need grounds to get divorced in Texas.
