having abortion

my brother and his ex-girlfriend are having a baby. however, there split up and she is insisting that she is 5 months pregnant and the baby has down syndrome. she claims she is getting an abortion. can she have abortion without my brothers consent?

You will need to have an attorney go to court if you want to get the courts to determine what will happen and how.
