abortion rights

im pregnant and i dont want to keep the baby but my ex and father of the child wants to keep it. can he force me to have it? and can i put it up for adoption without him being present or get an abortion without his permission? he says i cannot because he has rights but it was a one night thing after we broke up and we havent seen each other since.~what to do.
