Abot a divorce.

I want to divorce my husband but if I move out of state, will it be my responisblialty to bring them to him to visit?

Very possibly. It depends on the terms of the decree. Also, if he wants a geographic restriction (which most Courts will grant) - you will be able to move out of state but the children will have to stay within the designated geographic area.
