Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Abuse from non custodial parent's wife on my disabled son.

my ex and i were divorced in the state of texas about 5 yrs ago and i have full custoday of our 3 boys. after that we both moved to north carolina; but seperate homes. in the time while we were there, he started dating and his girlfriend at the time became abusive of our dasabled son when he would visit his father. i moved back to texas. about a yr later my ex married this same woman and now they will be returning to texas in the next yr. is there anything i can do to keep this woman away from my children if i did not file a police report when the incident happened or is there a mutual aggreement that me and my ex could put on paper and have signed by a notary and be legal that would keep her away? thankyou for your time. i hope to find piece of mind with your answer.

An "agreement" signed before a notary will not replace or effect a court order. If you want to keep this person away, you will have to modify the terms and conditions of visitation provided in the original decree.
