Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Access denied

My wife went to texas to pick up my child from my ex-wife. My ex-wife was mad due to not ''giving her return travel arrangements''. So she left town, and won't answer my calls. My wife drove 14hrs. Is she allowed to deny a visit soley based on the fact that I didn't have the return arrangements made up yet? There is nothing in the decree that states I have to tell her anything. I did inform her that I would have my daughter droppped off at her house per the papers. Any help?

Re: Access denied

You can file a motion for contempt and enforcement. You might get extra visitation with your daughter and your X might have to pay for it.
