Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Can I get access to documents related to my ex-wife suicide attempt, and criminal records of domestic violence, in case the issue comes up while discussing child custody during the divorce.

In a divorce, your attorney can ask that your wife sign a release regarding her medical records.
Criminal records are public information. Anyone can run a person's conviction record if they know the person's legal name and date of birth.
I recommend that you hire an attorney to help you since it sounds like your divorce could be complicated.
