Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

what do I do?

I was accused of child abuse found innocent then no billed

or a retaliation charge. my initial response was to

find the guy and beat the crap out of him and I told him but did not doo it.

the judge issued a no bond warrant and I spent 40 hours in jail. In this entire case the usa judicial system was reversed.

what can I do? I am innocent and want to file suit against the person who accused me or the judge who no bonded me.

You can't sue the judge based on the facts you presented. You could sue the person who made the allegation. However, if you won you may not be able to collect the judgment. The best thing is to let it go and move on--that is easy to say yet hard to do.
