Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

acknoeledgment of paternity

My stepdaughter wasn't responsible enough to raise her child. She asked her mother and I to raise him.We agreed and I signed the waiver for acknowledgment of paternity to give him my last name and intend to raise him. After eleven months she gets mad and came with the police and takes the child and is threatening to sue me for child support seeing how I signed the waiver. She completely manipulated me and I need to know what motions or legal proceedings I can iniate to rectify this situation without hiring an attorney. Is there any legal paperwork can be filled out for me and I pay and introduce to court.

Without an attorney!?!? As if you weren't already in trouble up to your chin, now you want to let them put the noose around your neck, the last sound you'll hear is the trap door. think of all the money you will save. Good Luck
