What can I do?

I am active duty military. I want to get a divorce. I am currently station in Turkey. My wife has agreed to give me custody of the kids. Should I file for a divorce in my state and county? What would you suggest my first step be? I don't know what to do!!

You file the divorce in the county and state you used when you joined the military.

I've done a minitary divorce and they are slow but they can be done.

One of the biggest hurdles in Brazoria County, Texas, was that both parents had to take a 4-hour class about how divorce effects kids. It took awhile to find a class in Germany and in Kentucky.
