Can a step parent with consint from the natural parents do a do it your self adaption in texas.

Good luck with that plan. This is a legal process with life-long consequences. It would be much smarter, for all parties involved, to let an attorney handle this.

Also, there is no such thing as an ADAPTION in Texas.

We do have adoptions however.

It is a complex procedure in Texas. I urge you to retain an attorney.

The forms are at any law library in the State. You can certainly try to do it yourself.
