Does a adobtee have a legal right to a parents estate in Texas?

Maybe. It will depend on the date and state of the adoption, as well as the Termination Orders entered before or at the time of the adoption. Some Termination Orders does not disinherit the child. You will need to get a copy of those orders. Contact the District Clerk in the county where you were adopted. Good luck.
