Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Adoption

After Adopting 2 girls in 2005. In 2007, Biological Father appears with DNA certified papers for 1 of the girls. He has not given up any rights to the child. What can the Biological Father do to get heard on his rights and what happens with the Adoption? The Biological Father wants his child to be with me to determine childs residence because I am the childs maternal cousin as well. I'm the Adoptive Father now going through a Divorce. Right now the girls stay primarily with there Adoptive Mother and their Biological Mother Relinquished her Rights with Child Protective Services and at the time was not aware of the 1 girls true Biological Father. I am respondant in the Divorce but the Biological Father is NEW news to me as well.

Re: Adoption

The fact that the bio dad did not voluntarily relinquish his rights, does not mean that they were terminated by the court. If the adoption was valid, then the bio parents have zero input in the current proceedings. Please get a lawyer to protect your rights, and your children's rights.
