Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Adoption

My ex boyfriend withheld my adoption documents of giving my son up. He is not the legal father. He took my papers made copies of them and gave me the copies . Can I sue him and take him to small claims court.He is only the alleged father and he still has more of my personal and legal documents.... Please help.

Someone on your side of this situation is going to have to hire a lawyer. Either the adoptive parents, or you. That attorney needs to file for a termination. It will force a paternity test, and eliminate him. If it does not eliminate him, then he has rights as the biological father of the child.
