adoption and us citizen

i am from holland but in the US since last year i got legally married to my fiance now my husband how can i become a us citizen? and my husband wants to adopt my 15 year old son how can we do that and where do we need to go to do that.the biological father of my son is not on the birthcertificate and has never been a part of my sons life.can you please help us
