Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

can a adoption be contested

How do i put this?I let my parents adopt my son i feel i was kinda cohorts in a sence by my attorney at the time my son was in foster care in a different state than i lived in.My attorney convinced me it would be less costly an quicker if i would agree to let my parents adopt him and things just are not as i expected.I beleive my son is going physical, mental&emotional abuse. There has even been accusations of sexual abuse by my step-dad(which where reported). I need to know if i can fight to get my son back. Please someone contact me about this whether it is yes or no. There is more to this story as far as my rights being terminated.I have so many questions

Sure you can contest the adoption - depending upon how long it's been. The more time goes past the more difficult it is -- and the more expensive. Good Luck.
