Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Adoption Question

I signed over my parental rights in 2006. I had a time limit to contest the adoption but was sent overseas during the time I could have fought it. The adoption was finalized. It was later found out that the terms of agreement to the adoption were not met nor were items true. Is there anything I can do?
