Adoption and Seperation

I have been seperated from my wife for over 2 years and filed for a divorce about 7 months ago, she delayed in singing the paperwork and when she finally did, brought up to the lawyer that she was pregnant. Obviously not by me. However, she wants to give up the baby for adoption, what part, if any do I play in this procedure?
