ADHD is everywhere in Harris County.

You have not given enough information to answer - is he/she on meds? how bad is it? he/she dangerous to the children? what evidence do you have? what will witnesses testify to?

Hire an attorney immediately. Look on this website, www.avvo.com and the State Bar of Texas website.

It appears you are in Harris County.

I highly recommend Patricia Bushman at 713-807-9405.

I rent space in her office. Tell her staff that FRAN sent you. She is tough and smart. She has a lot of courtroom experience and knows the judges - which is important in a case like yours. She offers payment plans & her first appointment is free. She won't bankrupt you in her pricing. Her fees & pricing is fair. She is not a "high priced" attorney - I know them but I don't want to pay their prices -- I'm too cheap!

Call her office now. I keep her booked up. Her clients like her - I even send my relatives to her! (Plus, she is personally representing me on a small matter-- so I trust her!)

Merry Christmas!
