adult picking my son up for his father

My 6 years old sons dad insist that his mother pick up my son for visitation and when she does she says things infront of him to me that im a bad mother. She has told him i adused my 13 year old who is of age to decide where he lives. and she told him over Christmas that she took back all his presents because he did visit her for christmas which she has no visitation this made my 6year cry. how can i stop her from being able to pick him up for his father that lives 6hours away?

How are you going to prove these things? Can you take your son to a psychologist to verify what you're saying? She's going to say that anything you say is not true. You have to get prepared for these things. You might be able to get this done. Maybe you need a lawyer.
