Adultery is a fault ground for divorce between you and your wife. There is no legal action against the doctor for interfering with the marital relationship. Sorry.

There is a difference between legal and ethical. Besides being grounds for divorce, it might be grounds for a complaint against the doctor to the State Board of Medical Examiners
