Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
If two adults separate, and the dad is filing for joint custody and the mom is filing for full, and the mom has no evidence of the dad being a bad father. What are the chances of her winning? Is it true that now a days mothers win just for being a mom.

You need to understand what JOINT CUSTODY means.
It doesn't mean 50-50. It means that the child lives with one parent, and the other parent (1) has visitation and (2) pays child support each month.
If Dad is going for 50-50, his chances are not good. 50-50 is a terrible idea.
Run - don't walk - to an experienced family law attorney's office! You obviously don't understand TX family law!
Joint custody is PRESUMED in Texas -- however, you don't understand what Joint Custody means & I don't have the energy to try to explain it in this short space. The other attorney gave you a thumbnail's sketch of joint custody -- it is very complex!
You need an attorney.
In Harris County, many men get custody. TX law is gender neutral!
Hire a competent attorney & listen to their advice.
