i need advice fast
i've been living on my own with my boyfriend for ten months now and all of the sudden my mother wants to try to force me to move to her home which is 5 hours away.i am 17yrs old i have a 1yr old and want him to be around his daddy but he cant if i move down there. Do i have to go???

No. You are what is called an 'emancipated minor'. try to be nice. she only wants what she thinks is best.

If you get married, you are automatically an adult.
Since you've had a child together, getting married seems logical to me.
You can go down and get a marriage license. Some judges will marry you.

From what you have stated, you appear to be an emanicapated minor. This basically means that you may elect to be on your own. Just remember that your mother, generally, only wants what is best for her daughter. You should keep that in mind when talking with your mom. Also, keep in mind that your mom is the baby's grandmother.
