Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Need some Advice

My husband was arrested for interfering with an 911 call.But my 8 yr old niece was the one who called and hung up the phone cuz i didnt know she had called.Just want to know how much the fine will be cuz he was out on bond $260. Do i need to be worried or do i get a lawyer.please let me know something..thanks in advance

Is there more involved than this? Normally when it is explained to police that it was just a mistake, it goes away. It might be worth hiring a lawyer to try to get this dismissed/negotiated, so that he does not have a record.
