Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Need advice

Here's the situation: mom is married, he is abusive, physically, mentally, verbally, forces social isolation on her & the kids while he is out drinking & chasing skirts. He violates one of the daughters, caught by mom, verified by M.D. exam and forensics specialist. His family has money & has a hi-powered atty with many political connections, such that the child molestation virtually never existed. His violent and immoral past is excused. Judge says he will give custody to him if the mom or her family do anything at all contrary to following the exact instructions of the court. Mom has been railroaded, trashed on the stand, and no one will stand up to this judge. Well, almost. The last one who did was buried a week later. Can anyone help this family?

My guess is there are plenty of attorneys willing to represent her. Start on this website for lawyers in the same area, then if none, the State Bar will make referrals.
