Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

affidavit of residency

Our family live with my cousin in Dallas, TX. I want to enroll my kids to public school in the area. What should I use for proof of residency. I believe that I need affidavit of residency but I don't know how it looks like. Anyone can help?

Contact the school district, explain your situation, and they should provide whatever forms the school district requires.
