If I can not afford an attorney, can my husband be made to pay for my attorney since he filed?

There is a mechanism in Family Law whereby you would (a) file an answer and counterpetition adn (b) ask for temporary orders and (c) ask the Judge to award you "interim attorney's fees," that is, money that your husband would pay you so that you could pay YOUR lawyer.

But 95% of the time, the Judge denies such a request.
