At the age of 16

I want to know if you can be adopted by other family relatives at the age of 16

You can be adopted, but the adoption procedure is the same as it would be if you were six. It's not going to be easy and probably won't happen if your parents don't agree to it. Have these "other relatives" talk to a good family law attorney. There may be other options.
