what age can my daughter decide to live with me, thier father, they want to live

fasley accussed of child molestation, not convicted, but i have supervised visitation, doing this for 10 years now, 2hrs on thurs- 4 hrs on sat. Me and my daughter would love to see each other without visitation, my ex-wife is the supervisor. I am married. i pay child support and insurance.

limited income but to great for help. me and my girls would love to be by ourselves, how soon and how do i go about it? and at what age can they legally move away from thier mother?

If a person is charged with child molestation by the government, even if acquitted, that taints the perceptions others have of that person. While children in ordinary circumstances have some input into custody questions, molestation allegations bear directly on the best interest of the children. You need to see a lawyer.
