Age That you can move out

I need to know all laws about the age of moving out. I have family problems, anlong with severe depression and i need help. There has been violence in the past and mental abuse. I feel like being at home is bringing me down, and keeping from being a healthy, happy person. I need help. I am 17 and need out of my parents house. I dont have a problem with them knowing where i am, just as long as the police dont make me go back home. Please help

Re: Age That you can move out

17. The police won't make you go home, but they have to be notified of the address so that you are not considered a missing person.

Moving out of the house may alleviate some of your problems, but will not resolve the situation. Talk with trusted people who have information and experience. You need assistance for your depression, and for your day-to-day financial and physical and educational needs. Good luck.
