under age pregnacy
My daughters mother was 14 when she got pregnant, she has'nt let me see my daughter since she has been born.I pay child support but don't get my court ordered visatation because she tells me she will press charges because she was a minor at the time but I was living with them until we split up. Can she do that?

If there are court orders, then you need to follow them. If she is not following them, you can probably file CONTEMPT against her.
You don't state her age or your age. I don't know if criminal charges can be filed against you for rape. You might want to ask a question on this website for a TX criminal attorney to answer.
It is possible that you are guilty of statutory rape but I'm not a criminal attorney so I won't try to answer that question.
If you are found guilty of statutory rape, you would be a registered sex offender for the rest of your life.
