age for visitation

my little sister just had a baby with her boyfriend, which is now her ex boyfriend, and the baby is 2 weeks old, does he get to take the baby for visitation every other weekend this early? they haven't been to court for anything yet.

Re: age for visitation

If there is no court ordered visitation, there is no legal obligation for visitation. How is he going to take care of the child? Does he know the feeding schedule? Does he have what it takes to take care of a newborn infant? Has he paid any child support? You should see a lawyer and get the court date set.
