New Agreed custody paperwork

A friend of mine shares custody of his daughter with his ex and he pays her childsupport. The ex has decided that she does not want the child anymore and they have decided for the child to live with Dad from now on. Can my friend file paperwork stating this as long as he provides the 10 days for his ex-wife to review the paperwork???

Of course, your friend can file paperwork. That's what lawyers do all day long. The trick is making sure you have the right kind of paperwork.
