Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I agreed to move out by the end of the month and a judge witnessed this. What happens if i dont move out by the end of the month?

I don't understand your question.

If you were ordered to move out by a judge by a certain date, then the sheriff (or constable)will show up after that date and remove you and your stuff. Your stuff goes into storage and you cannot retrieve it until you pay for the moving and storage fees. (Yes, it is very expensive!)

If you refuse to move or interfer with the move, you will probably be arrested for interferring with a law officer. Again, what happens depends on the officer and your behavior at the time.

If you were in court and you voluntarily agreed to move, then it would depend on how the judge ruled legally in your case.

You are obviously not aware of what the judge signed regarding your case.

If you are trying to "pull a fast one", you might end up in jail or paying court costs and legal fees.
