Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I agreed to do a uncontested divorce and the papers have been drawn up. however some of my belongings are in the house that my husband still lives in and he wont let me in the house to get my stuff! this has been going on for Two years. Do I have a right to go get my stuff

Depends on what the decree says. You need to review the property settlement portion of the decree.
